We start with a free initial in-home client consultation, performed by our Nursing Director Lillian, to create a personalized care plan that caters to each individual client. These plans include detailed information about the client’s condition and needs, as well as an outline of the services that are to be provided to the client. Next, one of our amazing caregivers is matched based on the clients needs and wellness concerns. Regular reviews and communication will ensure the client’s needs are always met or exceeded.

Our caregivers and therapists are CPR certified, and background checked, and we ensure that they have the necessary training and experience. We also ensure they have a compassionate and caring disposition, so we can work diligently to marry our clients with caregivers that fit their needs.

Morgan Star staff specialize in treating memory care seniors living with conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or Parkinson’s disease. We observe our client’s condition and should changes occur or begin to decline, Morgan Star communicates directly to the family and physician to preserve the dignity and independence of our clients.
